Comedian Lee Soo-geun and singer and TV host Tak Jae-hoon are being investigated for gambling hundreds of millions of won on online betting sites.

Lee was questioned by prosecutors on Sunday and Tak a few days earlier.
According to prosecutors, Lee and Tak bet huge sums on British Premier League football matches. People who bet money on the site get their match schedules by text messages and bet on teams by SMS. Their winnings are wired to their bank accounts.
Unlike Sports Toto, which is legal in Korea and limits bets to W100,000 a time, online gambling sites often have no limits on bets.
Lee's management company has apologized for his actions and said he will take a break from broadcasting "to reflect on his actions".
