"Boy and Girl From the 20th Century" is a romantic drama about a 35-year-old woman who grew up in one neighborhood her whole life, learning about love and friendship.

Sa Jin-jin (Han Ye-seul) is a top star who looks fancy on the outside, but enjoys chicken and beer with her friends. Han Ah-reum (Ryu Hyun-kyung) is a constant dieter, and Jang Yeong-sim (Lee Sang-hee) became a lawyer after eleven years of preparation.

Then came Sa Jin-jin and Gong Ji-won (Kim Ji-seok). They were friends when they were young, but spent a few years away from each other and met at the airport. Gong Ji-won saved Sa Jin-jin at a time of trouble.
