The year of 2016 brought the world some brilliant Korean cinema that was daring, inspiring, and bold. Not only did film make a splash in Korean, but it traversed across oceans to reach welcoming audiences. From December 16 to December 23 you can vote for your favorite film of the year. Results will be revealed during the last week of 2016!

Here is a look at the impressive nominees:
"The Wailing" for being an impressive supernatural thriller with great direction, great production values, and an underlying sociopolitical allegory.
"Inside Men" for presenting a realistic view of the corruption in the country, for Lee Byung-hun's performance, and for its production values.
"Derailed" for realistically but cruelly depicting the circumstances in the streets of the megalopolis, an environment where "being nice means being stupid", and for the shocking ending.
"Asura: The City of Madness" for being the best crime thriller of the last years, featuring great direction, script, acting, and production values, particularly with cinematography.
"The Handmaiden" for being a true audiovisual spectacle and for its direction and acting.
"Train to Busan" for the delivery of a story that mixes zombies, horror, class warfare, and Gong Yoo into one of the hottest hits of the year.
