Recently, JTBC posted a video of an interview with actress Joo Min-kyung across its social media platforms via JTALK. Joo Min-kyung plays an aggressive mother in "Green Mothers' Club" on the network. In the interview, she discusses how the show's premise of varied school mothers intrigued her, as Joo Min-kyung had not seen such roles in the past.

Joo Min-kyung claimed that thanks to director Ra Ha-na and her more senior co-stars, she was able to have an enjoyable time filming despite her concerns about being able to properly play the role. Joo Min-kyung also acknowledged how, in the show's internal continuity, the character played Choo Ja-hyun is considered the ideal in terms of motherhood. However, in practice, different information leads to different conclusions about the best way to raise a child.
Joo Min-kyung also notes how in an upcoming episode, her character learns how her husband, played by Yoon Kyung-ho, has his own relationship to the woman she considers to be a mothering idol. This, naturally, leads to a reevaluation about quite a bit regarding how her character has lived her life. "Green Mothers' Club" airs on Wednesdays and Thursdays on JTBC and had ratings of 4.302% in its most recent episode, the eighth- an all time high for the drama.
