Actress Kim Ji-won is considering appearing in Jeong Seo-kyeong's new drama "Detective Park Mi-ok".

An official from Kim Ji-won's agency told Daily Sports on the 29th, "Kim Ji-won's new work "Detective Park Mi-ok" is one of the works that Kim Ji-won has been proposed and is reviewing".

"Detective Park Mi-ok" is known to be a drama featuring Park Mi-ok, Korea's first female detective. It was expected early on with the new work of writer Jeong Seo-kyeong, who worked with director Park Chan-wook with "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance", "Thirst", "The Handmaiden", and "Decision to Leave".

Writer Jeong Seo-kyeong has shown unrivaled storytelling through the recently released dramas "Little Women" and "Tempest" starring Jun Ji-hyun and Gang Dong-won.

Meanwhile, Kim Ji-won ranked No. 1 in the ratings of tvN's drama "Queen of Tears" last year, establishing herself as an entertainment actress. She is reportedly preparing to appear in "Doctor X: The Age of the White Mafia".
