Synopsis
In this noir action drama, Gi-joon, who severed his own Achilles tendon to leave the world of organized crime, returns 11 years later to investigate and avenge his brother Gi-seok's death. So Ji-sub stars as Gi-joon, marking his return to the noir actioner genre 11 years after "A Company Man". Lee Jun-hyuk ("Love Scout", "Dongjae, the Good or the Bastard") makes a special appearance as Gi-joon's younger brother, Gi-seok. After his older brother's departure, Gi-seok helped the organization Joo-woon grow into a successful business and became its executive director. His mysterious death sets off the chain of events that follow. Huh Joon-ho ("Bloodhounds", "Kingdom") and Ahn Kil-kang ("Watcher", "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938") portray Lee Joo-woon, the leader of Joo-woon, and Goo Bong-san, the leader of the rival organization Bong-san respectively. Gong Myung ("Killing Romance", "Extreme Job") plays Joon-mo, Bong-san's heir, while Choo Young-woo ("The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call", "The Tale of Lady Ok") steps into the role of Geum-son, the son of Joo-woon's leader and a prosecutor with unknown ambitions. Lee Beom-soo ("The Roundup: No Way Out") plays Sim Seong-won, the head of N-Clean, an entity that tidies up loose ends after the crime organizations. Jo Han-chul ("Gyeongseong Creature") plays Seong-cheol, the right-hand man to boss Lee Joo-woon. Cha Seung-won ("Uprising") makes a special appearance as Mr. Kim, a mysterious figure behind the coexistence of the two organizations.
