Synopsis
Hong-i, burdened by debt, brings her mother, Seo-hee, who suffers from dementia, back from a nursing home. Hong-i is only interested in money; she has no expectations or desire for a happy life with Seo-hee. She uses Seo-hee's money to pay off her own debts and enjoy dates. Gradually, Hong-i becomes numb to Seo-hee's secret spending. Over time, Hong-i and Seo-hee confront the hurt they once shared and gradually open up to each other. However, as Hong-i struggles to manage her work and her own life in her late 30s, Seo-hee's presence and her deepening dementia weigh heavily on her.
