It seems like a follow-up sequel to "Miss Granny" is being planned, thanks to the 8.6 million audience record.

The production team said, "The movie was very successful and there has been suggestions about a second movie. We are currently discussing it".

"Miss Granny" is a movie about a 80-year old granny going back to her younger days. Shim Eun-kyung's performance had a great deal to do with the success of the movie. It ranked 10th place out of the most successful movies in Korea and it's a record holder for most audience in Korean comedy movie history.
