On the fourteenth episode of the MBC drama "My Spring Days", Lee Bomi (Choi Soo-yeong) was showing reverse symptoms of the heart that she had been donated by Kang Dong-ha's (Kam Woo-sung) late wife Yoon Soo-jeong (Min Ji-ah).

Bomi broke up with Kang Dong-ha and collapsed. Kang Dong-ha who didn't know about this, felt uncomfortable for the rest of the day and suddenly felt strange. He recalled that she'd said she was fasting and later found out that she'd been taken to the hospital.

Kang Dong-wook (Lee Jun-hyuk) said, "We have to take all measures to make sure she survives until a new heart arrives. Go and see her, she might not wake up".

Dong-ha went into Bomi's hospital room and looked at her face. His eyes started to well with tears and held her hand.
