tvN to Compete With 'Humanism' in 2025

CJ ENM, which gave a big laugh last year with "Queen of Tears" and "Lovely Runner" unveiled its cable channel tvN drama lineup for this year.

"My Dearest Nemesis", which premieres on February 17, is based on a popular Naver webtoon and depicts a romance between Baek Soo-jeong, the leader of a conglomerate suffering from dark history, and Ban Joo-yeon, a third-generation conglomerate that holds a nemesis in his heart. Mun Ka-young, Choi Hyun-wook, Lim Se-mi, and Kwak Si-yang will appear.

On March 1st, "The Potato Lab" depicts the romance between Mi-kyeong (Lee Sun-bin) who has a passion for potatoes, and Baek-ho (Kang Tae-oh), a principleist. Set in a potato lab, the drama is organized by CJ ENM STUDIOS and produced by Green Snake Media.

"Divorce Insurance, " scheduled to air in the same month, is an office romantic comedy starring Lee Dong-wook, Lee Joo-bin, Lee Kwang-soo, and Lee Da-hee, depicting the story of developing insurance products related to divorce.

In April, "Resident Playbook" will be aired. It is a spin-off drama of "Hospital Playlist" depicting work and friendship in a hospital. Go Youn-jung, Shin Si-a, Han Ye-ji, and Kang Yoo-seok will appear.

In May, "Please Don't Drink" will be aired. The drama, starring Choi Soo-young and Gong Myung, depicts a story of reuniting with a first love who hates alcohol.

In June, the youth romance "Gyeon-woo and Fairy" will be aired in which a high school girl shaman seeks her first love. Cho Yi-hyun and Choo Young-woo will appear.

In the second half of the year, the legal drama "Seocho-dong" starring Lee Jong-suk, Mun Ka-young, Kang You-seok, Ryu Hye-young, and Im Sung-jae will be broadcast.

"The Tyrant's Chef" is a drama about a fantasy romance where a French chef meets a king dating back 500 years, starring Lim Yoona and Lee Chae-min. There are also various dramas scheduled, including "First, For Love", "Typhoon Boss", "New President Project", "Pro Bono", "Spring Fever", and more.

CJ ENM plans to present 'true happiness', 'pleasant humanism', and 'proxy excitement' as the core keywords of this year's dramas, and introduce dramas of various genres and materials.
