Blockbuster "The Great Battle" is the story of the war to defend The Great Battle fought between General Yang Man-chun of the Goguryeo and the Tang dynasty, one of the most powerful wars in Chinese history.The cast of "The Great Battle" had their opening ceremony on the 18th.

The opening ceremony was a chance for the staff, crew, and cast to resolve to do their best in their given roles through computer graphics and the scarce historical knowledge that they have of this historical battle 1,400 years ago.

Director Kim Kwang-sik-I made a speech about beginning a long journey and that he hoped everyone was together with him. Zo In-sung also made a speech after that.

"The Great Battle" stars Zo In-sung in the role of Yang Man-chun, Nam Joo-hyuk in the role of Sa-mool, and Park Sung-woong in the role of Emperor Taizong of Tang.

"The Great Battle" will take five months to film and be released in 2018.
