Kim Dan-II Lands Leading Role Quick, "Ma Teresa"

According to MyDaily on the 17th, Kim Dan-II will appear in the new drama "Ma Teresa".

Kim Dan-II will play Park Seol, a teaching assistant in the Department of Criminal Psychology. Polite, kind, handsome, and always wearing a warm smile, Park Seol is the kind of person anyone with eyes would instantly like. Not only students but even faculty members adore him, making him one of the most popular figures on campus.

"Ma Teresa" follows the fierce power struggles surrounding university society and private educational foundations. The story centers on a woman determined to reclaim the university that once belonged to her mother but was taken away from her, using any means necessary. Along the way, she solves difficult cases while ruthlessly, yet satisfyingly, taking down her opponents.

Kim Dan-II made his debut last year through "Resident Playbook" and gained recognition with "The Winning Try". He is currently filming tvN's "Men of the Harem". In "Ma Teresa", he will be working with Nana for the first time.

The drama will be directed by Jang Yeong-woo, known for "Queen of Tears", while the script will be written by Kwon So-ra and Seo Jae-won, who previously worked on "The Guest", "Bulgasal: Immortal Souls", and "The East Palace"
