Actress Kim Hee-ae has been cast in "Gold Digger".

"Kim Hee-ae has been cast in "Gold Digger"", the TV Daily said on Wednesday. In addition, Kang Eun-kyeong, who wrote "Dr. Romantic" and "Gu Family Book", will participate as creators, and Seon Yeong, who is in charge of JTBC's "Forecasting Love and Weather" will be in charge of the script.

"Gold Digger" is reportedly currently in discussion with JTBC for programming.

"Gold Digger", originally aired on BBC as ITV Studio in the U.K., is a story about a wealthy divorcee Julia who runs into Benjamin, a 33-year-old young man, at an art museum on her 60th birthday alone. Kim Hee-ae will play the original Julia role.
