TVING to Release Short-Form Dramas Next Month

South Korea's online video service (OTT) platform TVING will release its short-form content, TVING Short Original, starting from the 4th of next month.

TVING Short Original is a short-form content of one to two minutes per episode planned and produced by TVING. It offers various genres of content ranging from dramas to entertainment shows. TVING will introduce short-form content for free this year.

TVING will present four different subjects, including suspense and revenge, office corruption, BL, romance, etc. "Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work", which will be released on the 4th of next month, is a suspense revenge drama that takes place when a victim of school violence who became a famous drama writer meets the perpetrator who harassed her as the main actor. "The Killer Next Door" which will be released on the same day, is a bromance between a killer who kills unusually because he is afraid of guns, knives, and blood. "I Will Repay Infidelity with Infidelity" and "Me, Myself, and I" will be released on the 18th of next month. "I Will Repay Infidelity with Infidelity" is an adult-rated correctional office where the main character, who is betrayed by her husband and her best friend, begins a dangerous contract affair with her best friend's husband for revenge. "Me, Myself, and I" is a high-school growth story that unravels the academy's contents in the form of a short drama.

"We will introduce various short dramas through collaboration with external production companies as well as self-produced short originals", a TVING official said. "Based on TVING's unique K-content production capabilities, we will lead the expansion of the base of domestic K-content by encompassing diversity in genres and formats".
